Inside Sales Representative
If you are just starting out on your career or are looking for the next role that will springboard your career, get in touch.
The role focusses on generating leads for the sales team by converting incoming enquiries as well as proactively reaching out to target prospect companies. You will need to research companies and identify key decision makers and then make appointments with those organizations.
To do this you will need to be business savvy and able to articulate how CXS’s solutions align to the business requirements of prospective customers.
Plenty of potential to either run the team or move into an external sales account manager role.
Customer Success Manager
The ideal candidate will have experience of designing and implementing CX/NPS programmes plus excellent interpersonal skills.
You will act as the principle point of contact for our customers throughout the lifecycle of their engagement with CXS.
As the trusted advisor you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers evolving needs are continually met to maximize the value of their Customer Experience programmes.
Professional Services Consultant
This role requires someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in the Customer Experience/Market Research/Insights space.
This is a varied role which includes meeting with prospective customers to advise on CX and NPS programmes. Potential consulting engagements as well as supporting the sales team in new business sales meetings.
You will need to become hands on proficient with all of the technologies sold by CXS. Able to demonstrate the technology and articulate how the unique capabilities of each solution align to the business needs of those organizations.
Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills are essential.
